Seemingly Random Crashes

Recommended Posts

KSP Version - 32bit KSP, Steam, happened in both .25 and the recent 0.90. Has happened with fresh installs, no mods.

Game seems to freeze. When I alt-tab out, the error message is shown. When I hit OK game exits and the error logs are generated. Its happened at what seems like random times. Sometimes after a few minutes after take off, sometimes right at take off, sometimes I can make it the Mun and it'll crash. Also crashes have happened when I try to revert back to launch or build. The crashes are not consistent.

I purchased through steam, crashes are frequent and I rarely can get through a mission.

Logs -->

This one happened after about 2 minutes of flying an airplane https://www.dropbox.com/s/s5opx4u1i8sclgo/output_log.txt?dl=0

This one happened after restarting KSP and going to launch a larger rocket https://www.dropbox.com/s/qilwdbusiklghrc/output_log2.txt?dl=0

System Specs -->

i5

8 gigs of ram

GTX670 SLI

Win 7 64 bit

Appreciate any help in advance.

RedRx,

I looked through all your logs and can't find anything obvious that's causing your problems.

Try taking a look through this post. There are some things you can try that might help. If that doesn't do any good, please look here for how to provide some more info such as pictures of the craft you are flying, or anything you can think of that you might be doing that's the same across the games.

Welcome to the forums. :D

Read through the links but doesn't seem to apply to me.

Is there anyway I could be running out of memory? It would seem strange as I have a powerful computer, 64 bit OS, and this happens on completely stock game.

Anyone have any other suggestions or ideas? Again, crashes seem random and I can not reproduce them. Sometimes happens after 1 minute in building mode, sometimes after 10 minutes of flying around. Different crafts, etc etc.
