Ideas for scientist and engineer kerbals

Ok so as of now engineer kerbals can only repair 3 things despite their 5 levels and scientist kerbals only really give you extra science (which is still pretty good). In order to make both types better I'd like to see the following things added.

-At level 4 engineer kerbals can repair solar panels

-Scientist kerbals are the only ones who can remove data from experiments (they are the only ones who know how to do it)

If you have any other ideas for kerbals please mention them! (engineer still needs something at 5!)

Two suggestions for the mix one for each.

A higher level Engineer should give continuous information about the craft.

So that the Fuel tabs gives readings in more directly useful fashion.

Battery life reported like a laptop does time to charged/time till run.

dV remaining by stage or burn time by stage.

Higher level scientist should be able to compile a report of "whats currently interesting". So basically an action group that checks instruments then trashes reports of zero value.
