Patcher Freezing on Login

When I updated from .23 to .25, I logged in to the patcher, and it went grey like it was starting the update, but just sat there frozen. Tried putting the wrong password in and it briefly opened the update window before giving me the wrong password error message, so it clearly works. Eventually just uninstalled and re-downloaded. Same is happening with the update to .90.
