Money making bug?

Ok, maybe I didn't explain it right.

Say I have a base fund of 10000

I build a rocket that costs a 1000

When I recover the rocket before I launch it my new fund is 11000

In other words, the funds for launching the rocket in the first place don't seem to be being subtracted? Weird... Can you please upload an output_log.txt file for us to poke through? (Preferably one retrieved after a game session where you've reproduced this glitch.)
