[Windows 8.1] Since update, KSP 32, and 64 Bit will not load.

As the title says, neither version will load, and 32 Bit will not even, er, launch, the launcher. I have reinstalled both several times, taking all steps to usually fix this sort of issue. I have made sure KSP can write files, moved the folders to the desktop, installed them to the desktop, and still, nothing seems to work.

The game will run, and the yellow loading text continues to scroll by, but the game never gets out of the loading screen.

Also, ensure you are NOT installing to the desktop. That tends to cause problems. You're better off in a place like C:\Games\KSP

That being said, when you relocate it from the desktop, COPY it, not move. If you move it, windows DEP (which might be causing the problem) will figure out what you are doing and try to "help" you out. If you copy the directory, DEP won't keep track.
