I made this list for myself, then realized it might be useful to other people too, so I added a few more big mods that I don't use. I think I've got all the "big" ones, but feel free to note anything in the comments and I'll keep this list updated.

Usually the Offical mod forum only shows the active ones, They haven't been tracking the ones too well that aren't being updated anymore.

Kethane and interstellar were the ones I was concerned with mostly.
