Hi,

After fruitless searching...

Is there a guide somewhere for the new features in the rocket building section? I'm not getting what the new little buttons are for.

Also, I didn't see a subassembly section like we previously had.

You get to the subassembly section by:

Pressing the "Play"-alike button in top left corner. Subassembly menu button will be in the bottom of that list.

You need to go into "advanced mode" to get the subassemblies.

See the arrow in the top left corner? Click it.

The little green ship icon is for subassemblies.

As for the buttons, clicking one and then clicking a part allows you to tweak the position and rotation of that part.

The first one is the "place" mode button. It is the old style of part placement.

Once you place a part, you can use the other three. Buttons 2 and 3 let you shift and rotate a part, respectively. Clicking the second and then a part will bring up some arrows. You can now click and drag the arrows to move the part.

The third button lets you rotate a part, some circles pop up when you have it enabled and select a part. Click and drag the circles to rotate on the indicated axis.

The fourth button lets you reroot the craft to a valid part. I.E. a fuel tank. Click a part, then click a valid part next to it to reroot the ship to the second part.
