After seeing the amazing new features of the upgradeable space center buildings, the obvious question is: Are buildings moddable now? Sometimes when a feature is implemented, it will become more moddable. It would be great if the space center buildings could be changed! Steampunk VAB for Vertical Propulsion Emporium? Check. Pre-0.21 space center models for old-part mods? Check.

Would be really cool.
