Rearrange or reorder custom part categories

I love the new advanced mode in the editor that lets me define custom part categories! However, I'd love a way to rearrange them. For example, I started a 1m parts category, and later when I unlock smaller engines and tanks (precision engineering) I'd love the ability to create a new category of parts ABOVE the 1m parts button. Right now I can only add them below.

I think I found a way to do it outside of the game. I found PartCategories.cfg here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\Squad\PartList\PartCategories.cfg

Rearranging the text in that file rearranged the categories in game after quitting and restarting KSP. Still, it'd be nice to do this in-game.

I was looking for a little bit more advanced categories for KSP, but could not find anything. So i made this:

Its stock categories, but with added subcategories, so you have things more organized. For example, under engines, there are subcategories like Liquid Fuel Engines, Solid Fuel Boosters, Jet Engines... same with every stock category. Hope someone finds this useful!
