Would anyone be able to revive the V.F.M. Fuel Panel mod?

The OP said back in September that there would be updates again but proceeded to vanish and the only link he had was on spaceport.

I have a copy of the mod that worked fine in .25 and included the source but .90 finally broke it.

There was no license included so I don't know what the rule would be and I don't know anything about how to fix it myself.

I can upload the file I have once someone can clarify what the license rule would be.

What I love about this is the the gui listed all craft docked together, from there you could select 'out' on a resource on one ship and 'in' on another. Then all you had to do is hit 'start transfer' and it would move the resource from all tanks at once without needing individual selection. While TAC is great for moving fuel between parts on one ship, this is great at moving fuel between different ships.

Give me a few minutes and I'll post a picture of its GUI so you can see.
