Money mode ( i do not know what to call it!)

I see no need to have three separate Career modes, really. I think it would be much better to just roll Science Mode into Career mode entirely, and have both Science and Funds as toggleable settings under the custom difficulty settings. That way, you can easily use one, both, or neither, as you like. :)

Well, here you have it, nothing more to say! This would be just perfect! However, I like the idea of having to pay an "entry cost" when hiring a new kerbal :)

Yes!

In the meantime, you can start a career save and use the cheat menu or save file editing to add enough science to unlock all the nodes (and money to upgrade buildings if that's desirable).
