Everyone who kills their kerbals should be tried and charged with murder. BLOODY MURDER.

Need to find someone who doesn't play KSP to judge, though...

Good thing it was the ground that killed the 32 from the Lunar Tour Bus and not me, and it is also not my fault that the fuel tanks did not get completely empty before landing. I dunno if you can sue the ground, although with all the unmined gold and diamonds you could be rich..... hmmm I need to find a lawyer ASAP because the ground hurt me the last time fell down!

When i build a manned rocket, once it works reasonably well, I tend to go nuts and strut together a massive copy paste rocket with 200 kerbals on it. This serves no purpose other than having big explosions, and I try not to revert. My lost list is in the thousands....

I hate the idea of killing Kerbals; in my entire time playing KSP (when not testing/mucking around in Sandbox Mode), I have successfully avoided killing a single Kerbal. I even play (though not for my entire play time) with mods such as FAR, DRE and TAC Life Support, and have Revert turned off (I have Quickloads on for bug avoidance) yet have still managed to keep all my little green dudes alive, in every serious save.

Every Kerbal has the right to come home again.
