Getting only 5-7 fps in the overview screen in Career Mode [0.90]

So I reinstalled recently after hearing about the new update to career mode, when I loaded up the game and made a new save, the performance on the overview of the space center was only 7fps. And it't the same in most buildings except for the VAB, space plane hangar and the comm center.

System:

Could you please see the Stock Support stickied thread and upload an output log and DxDiag as outlined? A screenshot of Task Manager showing all running processes would be a good idea, too.
