Jool 5 Ship spontaneously shaking itself apart

Another problem that seems to have appeared out of nowhere for me since 0.90 is that my large, all-stock Jool 5 mothership (pic to be posted a bit later), which at the time had 4 jumbo tank/Nerva engine/reaction wheel modules attached to a central truss structure in kind of a floppy configuration, would just out of nowhere start oscillating harder and harder until it shook itself apart. Killing the physics with time warp would stop the shaking, but then when I went back to 1X it would gradually start to build up again until after about 2 minutes the ship would fly apart. At first I thought it was just the SAS going off the rails, but it would happen exactly the same even if I had everything turned off. When I finally jettisoned those floppy jumbo tanks, the problem fortunately went away completely, but there is no reason things should start shaking around like that when there is no acceleration of any kind being applied to the craft.

I'm not sure there's anything you can do. It's the work of the Kraken. It's (now referred to as) a group of major game breaking bugs. Here's a thread of it on the KSP wiki. This particular Kraken seems to be the Gyro Kraken
