China are researching non ablative heat shields

Today project 703 973 got funded, it's purpose is to create new non ablative reusable heat shield materials for their spacecraft. This is slowly adding more evidence for my theory that their making a reusable Shenzhou, first it's reusable parachutes, now it's the heat shield.

CASC are the main suppliers to China's space agency (and lot's of military stuff), they own 100's of corporations and company's and are responsible for all R and D, construction and supplying hardware.
