R&D doesnt' have any buttons to click

I have a heavily modded install, and I cannot see any buttons or tree levels in the R&D department I have provided a list of mods I am using for reference, they are all supposedly .90 ready. Ignore the extra columns, this was cut and pasted from my reference document for my mods

Edit: ok, I started a new save, and manually selected the interstellar tree and it appears to have resolved itself

Edit 2: it broke again

Edit 3: Fixed it again, the solution was to delete a folder from Interstellar (the analogue to TreeReplacer), and manually paste the tree into the save file
