coiney
This certainly raises some questions about what life might be like on Kerbin! But serioulsy, as silly as this suggestion might initially seem to be, KSP could have a few female Kerbals in there. Of the pilots, engineers, scientists, and administrators I've encountered all 100% are male. In this day and age a few women in there would be a appropriate, and certainly a few female Kerbal "role model" or two for the young women out there playing the game couldn't hurt. I love this game, but I actually got a little uncomfortable seeing the "male dominated space industry stereotype" reinforced needlessly. And yes, I'm a man. It just doesn't seem "best-practices" to me as it stands.Otherwise, keep up the good work. Love the game. Been quietly rooting for it for a while. Master Tao
Welcome to the forums!SQUAD has announced that female Kerbals are in development as they feel that women should be more purposefully included in gaming (Maxmaps during his Reddit AMA).Female Kerbals have been suggested so many times that they are now on the list of things not to suggest. That's not because these suggestions are without merit, but that they have already been discussed in so much detail. As such, I'm closing this thread.
