Kerbal Role Changer

Hi,

As of 0.90.0 The Kerbals have roles, but these roles are random and can be a pain from older games.

Now I know that you can change their roles by adding extra characters to there names but this can be a pain.

So I think it would be great if someone could make a mod to add this ability.

But seriously Squad please give the ability to train Kerbals in one of the three fields in 0.91.0
