Time Warping Glitch?

I notice when I do very fast time warps, like when im leaving Kerbins orbit and heading to the Mun, that I will lose control of my space craft. I then have to go back to my space center and pick my space craft again out of the menu to re-establish control. This happens like every time I do a fast time warp. This a glitch or is it fixable? Im not out of electricity. And im running the game in 32x. This has happened in any version of KSP Ive played.

In particular, next time this happens, could you open the debug menu (alt-f12) and click 'Show Input Lock Stack' and tell us what input locks (if any) are in effect while the craft is uncontrollable.

Ok, replicated the problem I had, heres the info.

It looks like you're still running at maybe 5x time warp; try dropping down one more warp level.

Thats the thing. Im not in time warp. All the icons and UI is frozen along with my ship. Like if I were to press the T button to stop my SAS, the SAS UI would stay there. Its weird. And I can still use my mouse to move around the ship though. The screen isnt frozen. Just my ship, the UI, and my buttons.

I'm starting to suspect it might be an issue with the autosave that happens right after you drop out of time warp.

Can you upload an output log, please?
