Extreme FPS Issues

Hello!

Well i bought KSP this morning and installed it, first it was fine, i was playing around with it a bit and i had fun, then i tried building bigger things but apparently the game started lagging like crazy.

I figured that it started to lag when my Plane/Spacecraft had 20-30+ Parts. I looked at Taskmanager while im ingame and CPU and RAM Usage were only at 50% My Hardware:

Graphic Card: AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series

CPU: Intel® Core i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz

RAM: 10GB

Well actually, i fixed it. If anyone wants to know how: I simply turned on the Windows 64 BIT Version in Steam.
