limited number of Kerbals?

I have every building maxed, rep above 100 yet can only have 25(?) kerbals. Space stations and colony's use that number quickly(using oks/mks mod). Any ideas?

I'm not aware of any kerbal count cap. I've launched more than 25 kerbals on a single rocket too. You just got to make sure you hire every kerbal on the list so it will repopulate.

Sometimes you have to log out and back in if you are not getting new ones to appear in the complex for hire. I sent 30+ on one mission and I have seen some that have 40+ on their lists, so most likely it is just waiting to generate more Kerbals.
