B9 Aerospace landing gear doesn't work properly.

Recommended Posts

So the landing gear for B9 Aerospace (0.90) doesn't really work, it just sticks to the runway and starts violently shaking the craft, until it just hits the runway from the shaking. Anyone else have this problem or have a solution?

Huh. Can we have a look at your craft first? A screenshot in editor with CoW and gear visible and a shot of it on run way. Trying to rule out some other possibilities.

It actually happened with EVERY stock craft I have tried.

Here's a quick video of what happens. That, sadly is the best I have done.

Moved to Support (modded installs), where people provide support.

What versions of each mod do you have installed? Please also provide the output log – find it by reading the How to Get Support sticky.

There's the output log. I only have B9 aerospace and RasterPropMonitor, and other minor plugins that wouldn't do much. This actually started before I installed these addons. B9 is the only proper one.

I pretty much have every mod included in this https://bitbucket.org/Taverius/b9-aerospace/wiki/Multi%20Function%20Display%20Manual with the exception of the ignition mod.

EDIT: Scratch that, I have FAR. That might cause some problems.

I am suspecting something went wrong with one of the dependencies from B9. The texture glitch from the body seems like it could be a Firespitter glitch.

You would be right.

You see, my game was taking forever to load on start up, so I removed some "unnecessary" components in gamedata. Reintroducing those components, the mod now works fine. I'm a tool :D
