KSP 0.90.0 Struts take Other Models

Recommended Posts

One Day I was using Struts in a rocket like any normal person would, then when I launched the rocket, the struts, became Stayputnik Modules. I moved the Module Folder, out...

But that's not the point.

But when I came back, The struts became a different module! What's going on, and how do I reverse this black magic?

Thanks Norpo, although I did Already do that. I fell Like It's a mod problem. I have these Mods installed:

Hyperedit

BDArmory

TextureReplacer

Are any of these Known to cause this problem?

Apparently not, in the other case of this happening, the reporter said that the only 3 mods he had installed were: Tweak Scale, Infernal Robotics, and Kerbal Attachment System.

It could be a bug in the un-modded game, but a very bad one...

Moving this to Support. :)

It sounds a bit like you've got some duplicated parts, although the exact symptoms here are more than a little extra unusual. This is similar, but as you can see it's slightly different symptoms. The simplest thing to do is delete both Squad and NasaMission folders in GameData, and then either unzip a fresh copy of KSP to restore the latest versions of them or (if you have Steam) get Steam to verify the game cache (in KSP's Properties, on the Local Files tab) to fix things up.

Not only that, But What the other thread says is that I need to re buy the game off of steam so I get it as 0.90.0 . Because My current KSPInstaller is for 0.25, and so I have to update it when I launch the Launcher. Can I get the 0.90.0 Launcher to replace it? Because I think this could be a major problem and could result in a loss of money If I can't get a 0.90.0 installer.
