I'm working on a stock Grand Tour, any good tips?

The mission plan has surface architecture going before the mission start along with fuel from the tugs that got it there to refuel the ship. The kerbals will going in their own ship around the system, their ship will carry the landers for the mundane landings (Laythe, Eve and Tylo). So have any people who have done this got some good tips for me, like DeltaV, optimal transfer windows or a good order to go around the planets. The mission hasn't been going well so far, I wont forget the sky crane again though.

I suggest enabling quick-loads. If not all you will feel is pain....
