Happy New Year to one and all!

Suggestion:

Take 6 zeppelins filled with Helium make a six pack then put a carbon composite flat top on that reinforced,

including a conning tower. Hovercraft Platform with stabilizer Jets and turbines to fly.

From this platform you can launch Hi altitude space planes for space tours and module delivery.

So what do you think?
