Need help to find mod

I have been looking for this mod for a while. I can't remember the name. I saw it once somewhere but for the life of me I can't remember where. It's a mod that tracks the orbits of planets and will let you let you know when it's alligned to travel to it. If anyone has any clue of what I am talking about or know where I can find this that would be a big help, thanks

You're looking for the Protractor mod I believe. There is also another mod called TransferWindowPlanner (written by the same guy, TriggerAu, that did Kerbal Alarm Clock and Alternate Resource Panel) that does the same or approximately the same, and interfaces with KAC quite well.
