In-game GUI bugs

I don't know if it has to do with the autosave or what, but after I play for 2+ hours or so, it becomes impossible to click on anything anymore. I can't exit the game unless I kill the process in task manager, and I can't access any of my buildings or click on any of the menu options! At a loss, and really want to play more of this great game...

Does this have to be done every time the issue arises? Or is it just a one-time fix?

It would need to be done every time you kill or fire a kerbal. However, if you install these, it's just a fire-and-forget thing (literally) and you can go mercilessly killing kerbals and firing veterans with no fear of the game falling over itself.

Thanks, I'll try installing that later and see if it fixes everything once I followed that additional link ^^
