How to test?

i am new so take it easy on me. i accepted a contract that was to test the LV-1 liquid engine at a certain alt. and orbit of kerban but failed to see in the note that it says do this by using the [run test] option in the parts context menu. so i thought this met do it by right clicking on the part when in flight and all conditions are right. but nothing pops up. how do i do this run test option in the parts context?

You had it, when all condition are right, you can right-click on the engine and there should be a "Run Test" in the contextual menu, just above "Activate engine" and such.
