I need more RAM, -force-opengl reduces AA.

Recommended Posts

Ok i have just finished modding the crap out of my KSP, however, it crashes on start up, in my log it is telling me it is using 71% memory, i have 8gb of Ram, i have tried the force opengl work around, but it gives me awful AA, so im guessing im going to have to either buy more RAM, or wait for the game to become more optimized? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Hello

I recommend that you try this mod named active texture management 0.90

It might free up som GB of ram so your game run more smooth..

Notise that first time you start kerbal with this mod, then it will take a longer time to startup kerbal since it is compressing files.

Direct download link to latest version.

ps.

Small hint.. When you reach the kerbal main menu, then go into option and change how many FPS the game should run with... Thange from 120-60fps maybe will make your game run a little faster.
