I moved my modded KSP from steam folder to my ssd, i have no clouds all of a sudden.

I finally got my modded install all set up to work properly, and made a copy of it on my ssd, loaded that up, i have all the mods in there, near future, karbonite, kas, but for some reason my astonomers visual pack is not in, no clouds, no aurora's, nothing, but the files are still there. What's going on?

Yup all there.

Run a checksum on the GameData folder and make sure that the old GameData folder is the same as the new one. If not, something changed, and I'd recommend you to remove the config files and regenerate them.
