No "Run Test" for part? How do I add it?

I have contract for a part that is asking me to "Run Test" when all the contract conditions are met. However, for this particular part, there is no Run Test option in the right click menu. I'm sure I can add it to the .cfg file, but I'm not sure how to do it. Can anyone advise me?

The part is the CactEye Circular Solar Array, in case that matters.

Also, this is not a .25 part and I'm running .90, so that could be part of the problem. The part works perfectly - deploys, draws electricity from the sun - except the missing Run Test option.

I'll leave this here until we can sort out whether this is a bug or a design flaw in the part.

Have you tried Raven.'s CactEye updates? Rubber Ducky left before contracts were added to KSP.

Now I have. The contracts are working for the other parts I've unlocked. Not sure if it solved the problem with the circular array.
