So, after I signed off my old missions thread, I decided to take a new try on Mission Reports.

This thread is also here because if you want me to do a mission, post here!

So here are all the missions I remember to record. I really tend to forget most...

The layout is:

Columbus (Sts-6) (STS-4 Ingima shuttle)

Here's the first I managed to log:

@Ksc Mission Control:

A STS-4 Class shuttle "Columbus" is lifting to orbit later today. It is carrying the first module for "Low Lab" Station, and will also carry a Soyuz-Like space craft for the station. The crew is boarding as we speak. Liftoff in T- 10 minutes

@Ksc Mission Control:

Liftoff! Shuttle is on its way!

External Tank dropped. Crew will use OMS to circularize. #LowLab

Orbit achieved! Crew is working to get Low Lab ready!

Low Lab is complete. One crew member is bringing the shuttle down. Final report later with photos.

Mission is over, Jenvis Kerman has returned the craft successfully. Mission was a total success. Columbus will liftoff again later tonight after refitting for a science mission.

Columbus (Sts-7) (STS-4 Ingima shuttle)

@Ksc Mission Control:

Columbus is delivering something special to orbit today!

An IPV will be launched on board Columbus.

Because 7 is the Kerbal number for Either great sucsess or Devastating failure, STS-7 must be careful!

(I read that in a thread somewhere and I played along)

@Ksc Mission Control:

Liftoff! Columbus is on its way!

Malfunctions on the boosters, separated prematurely. We should have enough fuel for the mission.

External Tank empty, beginning cruise to Ap.

Beginning orbit insertion.

@Ksc Mission Control:

Major mission malfunction.

Monopropelleunt insufficient for orbit.

IPV escaped, Sat is being checked on.

Shuttle Columbus is falling back to Kerbin.

Everything's ok.

IPV is in orbit, so is the ComSat.

Shuttle is "Returning" to Kerbin.

Mission has ended, turned out ok. Photos are being processed. The crew preformed extraordinarily even under the circumstances. Jenvis Kerman landed Columbus in a very rocky hill area. Hats off to him, the shuttle almost crashed into hills... 3 times. STS-8 will be another module to Low Lab. Right now, our engineers are investigating the launch mishap and the fuel failure. A second shuttle is being prepared for STS-8, a brand new shuttle called Exevor.

Sorry for the post under a similar name to our account, don't worry, all our shuttles are ok. The launch of Exevor has been postponed indefinitely due to computer failure.

My first .90 mission:

Final approach to Laythe.

Crew is ready.

@Ksc Mission Control:

Burn to make sure we don't crash. Aerobraking in one hour.

@Ksc Mission Control:

Lost contact with crew. They are aerobraking.

@Ksc Mission Control:

Orbit un-achivable! Crew is making emergency landing at Laythe. Wish them good luck!

They're almost there!

Touchdown, Laythe 29 has landed! In pretty bad shape though. Crew is ok.

I'm starting again Stock+A few parts that I welded but they are just for looks ("Inflatable" Sheds).

I'm sad about losing the save. 596 flights, 19 years (KSP), 2 real life years, and a huge operation on Laythe.

Darn.

Well, in the new save, so far (In order)(Also I have pics for them all):

-FAR-1 Interstellar probe

-DunBas-1 Duna Base (W/ Fairing, and transfer stage. Sitting in Orbit)

-Moho-1 (5 days until Transfer window)

-K-33 "Big Daddy" Mission 1 (Refueled Moho-1)

-Kerbal United Space Station-KUSS Kzeda Module

I think the audience in here is a bit of a niche group. Not a whole lot of people actually read the mission reports. There are a few who do though, but even fewer comment.

I tend to leave rep instead.

I have had a recent spike in interesting KSP activity, and I will upload the photos of what you guys missed.

I am setting up bases, building stations, launching replicas and such.

Any luck getting your shuttle replica to fly in KSP v1.0.2 yet? I've been hammering at mine (which I rebuilt from scratch) and still haven't quite ironed out the CoL/CoM wrinkles. Soon... I hope. Don't want to fall back to using Skippers... but the Mainsails are just too heavy now.
