Ribbons for Kerbals / Hall of Fame

At the moment the achievement list ("Log") of our Kerbonauts is not really pretty with only unformatted text.

I would like to see this a bit polished like with a small ribbon displayed beside of each body. I know there are mods and/or forum signatures for it, but I would like to have something in the core game to value our great kerbonauts

Also I would really like something like a Hall of Fame in the astraonaut complex where you record the first Kerbal to achieve a specific task with some information about the flight. The info is already stored in the save game, so we can use it, or?
