Ships with probe will initiate stages and rockets but won't steer

I know you must have electricity on probe ships and I have plenty of that and the rocket launches and initiates stages and even the burning/engine controls work find but when I try and pitch or roll or anything it won't have any effect on the ship if the rocket is controlled via probe. I've tried the "control from here" option and as mentioned the ship has plenty of electricity. Is anyone else having this problem? HELP!!!

You'll need to make sure the probe in question has some torque, and if the craft is reasonably large, you'll probably need additional reaction wheels as well. Keep in mind that two of the probe cores (the really thin one, and the rectangular box-like one) don't have any torque at all, so with those you will always need a reaction wheel to control a craft without RCS.

Try adding a reaction wheel or part from the Command & Control tab.
