Can't click on tracking station and randomly other buttons

What Happens: Can't click on tracking station and randomly other buttons

Mods / Add-Ons: none

Steps to Replicate:

-> load career2

-> click on tracking station

Result:

-> nothing happens. Not even the white shader appears.

Update: When I click on another building I can enter it but after clicking on the back button the screen dosen't change behalf of the buttons witch appearing on top of the old ones.

Your player.log file indicates this is a symptom of a bug that occurs after you fire or delete a Kerbal who has logged an achievement of some sort.
