Just get a small black hole, throw things into it at the right rate, and bam! Hawking radiation will convert it all to energy within a tiny fraction of a second. Just don't let it run out of fuel, or the black hole will ramp up energy output until it explodes.

Add a big parabolic mirror and you've got a rocket that burns literally anything at an ISP of C.

A very good solution to waste is to throw it into a mini black hole. It will be converted to gamma radiation as the small black hole evaporates.

There is no waste! Why would you throw perfectly good material into a black hole, presumably at great expense?

But again, at the TL where you have expendable warp drives, garbage, the environment, etc, aren't really problems. You can pretty much ignore it.
