ladder recommendations?

The stock ladders are constantly annoying me when building vessels. Too long, too short, always have to mount them at an angle, cause they lack clearance, grabbing them in eva or accidentally losing grip... etc etc etc...

Does anyone have a recommendation about mods that supply some good ladder parts? I'm fine with having to remove all the non-ladder parts of the mod, but if possible i'd prefer to keep the number of ladder parts reasonable (no 8 ladder parts or things like that). Also, simple models with low polycount are preferable (textures are no problem - i'll repack them anyways).
