How to clean install?

Edit: Fixed what happened was that deleting local content DOESN'T remove mods, output logs and saves. To remove everything the KSP folder must be deleted from steam location (remember to back up your saves!)

Hi all,

This may seem like a dumb question but here me out

I used to run mods (B9, KW, Quantum Strut, FAR) and wish to remove them (mostly computer issues).

The thing is that I thought I'd got rid of them only to find a bunch of components I had overlooked.

I tried to do a complete clean install with 0.90 and then copy back my saves but steam just installs what I had previously with the mods.

Is there a way to force stream to install the released version and not my cloud data (I think that's what it is)?

Thanks for any help, (on Windows 7, v0.90.0, ask for any other info)
