Moonship 3 rocket

Recommended Posts

Hello this is my first post here..I am using KSP for few days and I made moon capable rocket I want to share it..after some improvements I think it is ready to go!

Please follow instructions! :D

Rocket is 9 stage and economical (it does not leave any part in ether kerbin or mun orbit) it is bit unstable on the pad so hit the SAS as soon as you can..Full throtlle and keep it so until second stage sep..burn 7. stage till yours AP is about 110 km..then I shut engines, turn on rcs, roll and align for entering correct orbit for moon trip..pitch set on 45 and throttle up till AP reaches 200 km..then just find yourself nice orbit and complete the burn..now you are allready using three engine stage that I use for TMI and retro burn behind the mun and for most of power descent..It has enough fuel for major on orbit corrections in munar orbit.keep in mind rcs turn it of if not used..2. stage has legs and it is used eather for landing (I think it is capable of landing and going for orbit and landing again but did not test that) and that stage will bring you home..you will have enough fuel even for corrections if you dont aim for earth well in munnar orbit..

If you have questions feel free to ask and comments are wellcome..

Special hello to guys using orbiter..I saw few familliar names from OHMF..

Greetings from Croatia!! :)
