Mods installed: KER, KAC, and InFlight Waypoints.

Edit: My Bad. Version is 0.90.0 and is 32 bit.

As best I can tell, a Modular Girder which is holding my landing gear which was gizmo'd into the wing is causing significant issues during takeoff. It's 'locking' the wing into a particular angle or less during takeoff, until a certain ground speed is reached.

Same plane with the girders simply moved out of the clipping scenario works just fine.
