How do I re-transmit science like Scott does in Intersellar quest

Basically, the Title says it all, but to elaborate, Scott re transmits the science he gets 2-3 times, say it was 40% and gets it all doing it 2-3 times, this does'nt usually work, is there a mod for this or cfg file change

I believe you have to repeat the science experiment after transmitting, then transmit the second set of results. The Mystery Goo container and Science Jr. can only be used once unless cleaned with a Mobile Science Lab, though.

That's an older version. You used to be able to reuse all science parts, but now the biggest one need cleaning after a single use (you need a science lab to clean. Without, they are simply single use)

He does /now/. However, Interstellar Quest began on November 3, 2012 when v 0.22 was the current version, when all the science parts were reusable, and beamspam could effectively extract all the science from a location. v0.23, which changed that behavior to the way things work now, was released about a month and a half after the first Interstellar Quest video.
