Crashes with unknown cause and odd stacktrace

Okay, I've had two crashes today with some odd stacktrace, the first time was when I tried to go to spacecenter to reset a kerbal which had gotten stuck in T pose, the second time was when I tried to recover the craft after I had landed. It was while playing a science mode game.

http://sta.sh/0vkdpqvvfsv It has the output log from after the second one, but both output logs that I looked at after the crash had the same error, stacktrace, and the last bit before the error was something about crew roster fix from stock bug fixes. I've removed that module to see if that does anything.
