Fuel ratio problems

In my mod I've introduced a bunch of new fuels to work with, but the problem appears for only one of the mixtures:

CryoFuel has density 0.0005

Oxidizer is stock, density 0.005

Ratio in engines is set

CryoFuels - 75

Oxidizer - 25

In reality (according to the stock game indication and KER) it goes as ~56% CF / ~44% Oxidizer.

Other fuels and mixtures work fine. For example, I have also introduxed Hyperbolic Fuel and Hyperbolic Oxidizer, whose mixture work absolutely correctly.

What can cause this weird behaviour?
