Not Enough Electric Charge

Can someone explain this to me? I've had this happen 3 times now. I can't control my the craft because it randomly thinks there is no electricity (except for some reason Z works with no electricity even though Shift doesn't) and if I revert, my only option, I am stuck in the VAB with no control.

Well, I found an update to RealChute, that might have been the cause. I'll let you know.

Nope, problem was not RealChute. Same problem, happened again.
