Plausible Saturn V KSP Design

Please note that, although I'm currently testing parts of this design, I have not currently launched this thing, hence the title "plausable"

this is a stage-by-stage design/concept sheet i came up with for my current project: to replicate the Apollo 11 moon landing in time for the next anneversery.

(yes, i know lots of other people have already done apollo/saturn V reps before, but i haven't done it yet and this is how i'm hoping to.)

Very pretty, I like the art style. What is the blue panel that sticks out starting in image 6? My best guess would be a single solar panel?
