From Spaceflight Now -

Launch window: 0121-0134 GMT on 1st (8:21-8:34 p.m. EST on 31st)

Launch site: Tanegashima Space Center, Japan

A Japanese H-2A rocket will launch an Information Gathering Satellite with a radar reconnaissance payload for the Japanese government. Delayed from Jan. 29. [Jan. 29]

As of this post, it is about 2 hours until launch.
