USI Colonization,Karbonite, Kplus Issues. Please Help!

I love this game. I have been playing for years now and havent been so frustrated in a long long time. I recently downloaded a fresh copy of KSP 0.90 beta to try out the Umbera Space Industry mods.

I have installed the mods as I usually would. Extracting to the KSP (Gamedata) folder.

The parts are visible. BUT have no function. I cannot right click them in the VAB or on the pad. Ex. drills wont deploy, scanner has no function. Oddly, the Landing Frame and Atmospheric scoop start deploying right after i click them, with no options when right clicked. Cannot undeploy.

I have made sure that all my mods are 0.90 beta compatible.

- Kerbal joint reinforcement

- Dmagic Orbital science

- Novapunch 2

- Mechjeb 2

- TAC life support

USI Mods i use

- Colonization

- Karbonite 5.5.0

- Kplus

- Exploration Pack

These are some errors I see when Loading KSP

[Error]: Cannot find a PartModule of typename 'USIAnimation'

[Error]: Cannot find a PartModule of typename 'FSanimateGeneric'

[Error]: Cannot find a PartModule of typename 'ModuleConnectedLivingSpace'

Quite a few of those. Seems like mainly the Umbera Parts

[Warning]: PartLoader Warning: Variable crewCapacity not found in Part

Then in the VAB

[Log]: editor started

[Warning]: [RDTechTree]: No tech node found called

[Warning]: [RDTechTree]: No tech node found called Unresearcheable

Those messages repeated a good 50 times.

Any help will be appreciated!! I love this game and I WAS so pumped to play around with some new mods!
