.Craft broken

KSP Version:

Steam 0.90.0 Beta, Windows 32-bit, build id = 00705 2014-12-15_13-42-05 Branch: master

What Happens:

When I build a craft in SPH with more than 200 parts, the game goes corrupted and can't work on that craft anymore. I reinstalled the game again. The problem persist. I did it four times and four times the game fail.

Mods / Add-Ons: All Stock , no mods in gamedata folder.

I lost a 800 parts rocket for the same problem, I deleted manually all struts and fuel lines from the .craft and everything went back to normal.

I deleted struts, fuel lines and flying rcs tanks from your craft and now it's fine https://www.dropbox.com/s/n8k67npzxakxp8g/H%20Apache%20Rebuild.craft?dl=0

To be clear, I don't know why this method works, I just do it

I finished to build the helicopter with some usual game crashes that sent me to desktop, but no corruption in the craft. Your system works !!!
