Command module inducing torque on its own

Just built a new Mun lander in an Apollo style using the stock 3 man command pod and the 2 man lander can. After getting in orbit and de coupling everything to redock, I noticed both parts were starting to spin uncontrollably without SAS enabled.

After fiddling around and trying to click things as the craft is spinning at 500 rpm I noticed both command pods on each separate "ship" were applying torque on their own. At this point one was even completely uncontrolled with no kerbal and no remote connection (using remote tech)

I've tried relaunching the ship, reloading saves, exiting the game and nothing fixes it. Tomorrow I'll add mod list and further tests to see if it starts as soon as I launch or what.

If anyone has any ideas what is causing it let me know.

So I just tried to recreate the problem again with a couple of different launches paying more careful attention to when the modules are torquing and there was no problem with two separate launches :huh:. I ended up save editing the original ship (still having the problem) back to the launch pad and recovered it and relaunched with the original crew of Bill Bob and Jebediah and made it back into orbit with no problems.

So problem is fixed but I have no idea what caused it or how I actually fixed it short of just trying to launch a few times.

Now on to the Mun!
