Unable to launch craft-crash to desktop

KSP: 0.90 Windows 32-bit

Problem: CTD when launching some crafts (stock craft comes with KSP seems to be safe). Experience black screen after loading (able to see HUD, but cannot see anything else). Can, however, load into existing craft in orbit.

Edit: Seems to stem from the stock gigantor solar panel from Ven's stock revamp. More testing on the way. Gonna shoot something over that thread.

All mods without version numbers are latest version that I found on the mod forum page. Firespitter.dll is downloaded from this. Mods listed by latest installed.

Did a binary search - isolated it down to Texture Replacer 2.2.5 that was causing the problem when used alongside Gigantor XL solar panel model from Ven's Stock Revamp. Gonna test with other Texture Replacer versions.

Edit: Earlier version doesn't work either.

Edit 2: Texture replacer 2.2.3 works, or comment out the entry for large solar panel in ven's cfg for TRreflection works too.

Still haven't figured out true cause.
